At Loom Care and Connect, we are weaving meaningful connections between the disability community and compassionate caregivers. Founded in London, Ontario, our platform was born from a simple realization: the traditional agency model often leaves families on long waitlists and support workers with limited flexibility.

We provide a transparent, user-led marketplace that empowers people with disabilities to browse and hire Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Developmental Service Workers (DSWs), and health-care students from local institutions like Western University and Fanshawe College.

While our initial launch is focused on the Thames Valley and Southwestern Ontario region, our mission is national.
